Christmas for Kids is a special holiday tradition at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County that brings joy, connection and celebration to the youth we serve. We do this because every young person deserves to experience the joy of the holidays, feel a sense of belonging, and know they are valued by their community.
Individuals and families can help make a young person’s holiday special by purchasing gifts from an individual Club member’s wishlist, and attending the event to share the gifts.
Businesses and corporate partners can help make a broader impact by Adopting a Club for the Holidays, sponsoring an entire Club celebration and creating a festive experience filled with connection, fun and holiday cheer. Whether you’re giving to one youth or bringing a whole Club together, your support helps make the season brighter for our youth.

The Youth of the Year Gala is one of our most inspiring celebrations of the year, shining a spotlight on the resilience, leadership and promise of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County youth. Each year, we honor outstanding young leaders who have embraced opportunity and grown through mentorship, academic achievement, community service and personal growth. The evening also features inspiring performances by local teens and Club members, culminating in the announcement of our 2027 Youth of the Year.

Held at Shady Oaks Country Club, the tournament offers a premier golf experience with contests, prizes, breakfast, lunch and an awards luncheon, while every round played helps provide resources and opportunities for young people across our community.

10th Annual Shoot for Success

Celebrate 10 years of impact at the 10th Annual Shoot for Success, a signature event benefiting the Marc & Sarah Young Branch of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County. Bringing together business leaders, community partners and shooting enthusiasts, the event offers a day of friendly competition, connection and fun while supporting opportunities that help local youth reach their full potential.
With a new location at Defender Outdoors in Joshua, the 2027 event begins at 9 a.m. and includes ammunition, a golf cart, lunch, gun raffle entry and Bobcat promotional products for each shooter. Businesses can participate as a sponsor or build a team for the event, with sponsorship opportunities offering meaningful brand recognition and opportunities to engage with fellow community leaders.
