Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County invite you to connect and collaborate with us. Volunteers play a vital role in transforming the lives of our Club members through program assistance, event execution, and more. We are always looking for individuals and groups to offer their energy, time, talent, and skills to enrich the lives of our youth and keep our Clubs in top condition. Your support will allow us to continue enabling all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

Volunteer Opportunities
Blue Door Kitchen Volunteers
Blue Door Kitchen volunteers play a vital role in supporting the organization’s mission to nourish local youth. Volunteers assist with the preparation, packaging, and distribution of fresh, healthy meals that are served to Boys & Girls Club members across Tarrant and Dallas counties. This role directly supports food security efforts and ensures every Club member receives the nutrition they need to learn, grow, and thrive.
Education Support Volunteers
Education Support volunteers help foster academic success and curiosity by assisting with homework help, tutoring, literacy programs, STEM activities, and workforce development initiatives. Volunteers play a key role in guiding youth through hands-on learning experiences that build confidence, strengthen foundational skills, and inspire a lifelong love of learning.
Healthy Lifestyles & Recreation Support Volunteers
Healthy Lifestyles and Recreation Support volunteers provide support in our health and recreation initiatives during after-school and summer programming. Volunteers assist with the implementation of health and wellness, nutrition, recreation, and intramural sports activities, as well as a variety of other programmatic interventions focused on the development of a young person’s health and well-being.
Advancement Volunteers
Advancement volunteers bring energy and professionalism to our signature fundraising events, including the Youth of the Year Gala, Annual Golf Tournament, and Christmas for Kids. Volunteers assist with event logistics, guest support, and fundraising activities—helping raise essential funds that make our programs possible and inspire great futures for thousands of local kids and teens.
Facilities Volunteers
Facilities Improvement and Maintenance volunteers help maintain the quality and safety of our buildings and grounds, ensuring every Club space remains clean, welcoming, and conducive to learning and play. This hands-on role is ideal for those who enjoy practical projects and want to make a visible impact on the daily experience of youth and staff across our organization.
