Curtis Woodson

Curtis has been a member of the East Branch Boys & Girls Clubs since the age of 5. The Club to Curtis is home. He describes it as a place to learn, grow, and have fun. The Club has shown Curtis how to thrive in any environment that he is in and has helped him achieve the personal confidence every teen needs. He acknowledges that without the Club, he would not be the person he is today.

Imani Mogaka

Imani asked herself at the age of seven years old, "Where do I belong? How do I fit in?" as she walked into the Boys & Girls Clubs. After joining the Club Imani found a place where she belonged and could call home. The Club helped Imani break away from her shy shell and form new life-lasting friendships and build relationships with mentors she views as family.

Kaitlyn Bener

Kaitlyn has been an incredibly active Club member for over 10 years. Kaitlyn began her journey at the Club at the age of seven. Being an only child, the Club has allowed Kaitlyn to create meaningful friendships. Kaitlyn has participated in almost every program the Club has had to offer her. She has been a leader in Torch Club and the Keystone Leadership Clubs. Kaitlyn has also been a peer mentor to members of the Club and assists staff in the implementation of the programs.
