Cinderella Reunion Celebrates a Legacy of Generosity and Impact

On Sunday, October 25, 2026 generations of Cinderella alumni and supporters gathered at the National Medal of Honor Museum in Arlington for a special reunion celebrating the 100th anniversary of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County. The afternoon brought together former Cinderella candidates, Miss Cinderellas, their families, Ladies’ Auxiliary members, board members and Trustees to reconnect, share memories and celebrate a tradition that has made a lasting difference in the lives of local youth.

For 67 years, the Cinderella Charity Ball has played an important role in supporting our mission. Through the generosity and dedication of the individuals and families who have championed this beloved tradition, the Cinderella Charity Ball has raised more than $16.7 million through 2025 to support BGCGTC. That extraordinary legacy represents far more than a fundraising milestone. It reflects generations of community members who have come together around a shared belief in the potential of young people and the importance of creating opportunities for them to succeed.

The reunion offered an opportunity to honor the people behind that legacy—the candidates who participated, the families who supported them, the Miss Cinderellas who represented the tradition, and the Ladies’ Auxiliary members and community leaders whose commitment has helped sustain it over the decades. Their stories and shared experiences are an important part of our organization’s history and a reminder that the impact of giving often extends far beyond a single event.

As we celebrate 100 years of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County, we are especially grateful for the traditions and partnerships that have helped shape our journey. The Cinderella Reunion celebrated not only the memories of the past, but also the enduring spirit of service and generosity that will help us open doors to great futures for generations to come.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Cinderella Reunion Committee for such an amazing event and to everyone who has been part of the Cinderella Charity Ball legacy. Your continued support helps make our mission possible and strengthens our commitment to the young people and communities we serve.
