We celebrated the grand opening of our Lewisville Branch—Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County’s first physical Club location serving Denton County youth—on August 21, 2026!
The celebration followed an especially exciting milestone just two days earlier, when the Club officially opened its doors to young people on August 19. Located in a newly renovated 10,000-square-foot facility, the Lewisville Branch provides a safe, affordable, and nurturing place for youth ages 6–18 to learn, grow, and thrive after school and throughout the year.
Through academic support, healthy meals, leadership development, sports, arts, technology, workforce readiness, and other enriching experiences, the new Club will create more opportunities for young people and provide an important resource for Lewisville families.
This milestone was made possible through the generosity and collaboration of the City of Lewisville, Denton County, The RAO Foundation, Birch Architects, Merriman Anderson, and other dedicated community partners who came together to help bring this vision to life.
The Lewisville Branch represents an exciting new chapter for BGCGTC and our continued commitment to expanding access to high-quality youth development programs across North Texas. Together, we’re creating more opportunities and brighter futures for the young people of Denton County.
